Confirm that link within 72 hours to proceed in setting up your online account. Please be sure to read the service agreements listed. Your credit card will be processed using the initial dollar amount specified immediately following the completion of the signup process.

Discounts will be applied at the end of the month as a credit back to your account before it is re-filled.
