Before you apply, please familiarize yourself with our cooperative. We have provided detailed information in the "About Us" section of this web site.

If you are applying for a driving position, you must submit a Driver's Abstract with your application. Without the abstract, your application cannot be considered.

How to get a Wisconsin Driver's License Abstract:

Currently, the Wisconsin Department of Transportation charges $7.00 to provide you with a copy of your Abstract. You can do this over the phone by one of the following methods:

Touch-tone phone: dial 261-2566 at the prompt, dial in your Wisconsin Driver's License number and your Social Security Number.

Rotary Phone: Dial 266-2353. An operator will assist you by asking for the information.

Regardless of the method that you choose, the State will process your request the same day and mail you your abstract with an inovice for the $7.00 charge the next day. Your abstract will be mailed to the last address that the Department of Transportation has on file.
