Who
are our cash customers?
For a city of its size, Madison
is unique in the diversified and competitive taxi market. With three taxi
companies and 3 paratransit companies operating in the metropolitan area,
consumers have plenty of choice.
We found, through our survey,
that our customers expect safety and service. Not only did the desires
of feeling safe and secure and getting accurate arrival time estimates
placed very high on our customers priority list, but we excelled in those
categories. As the graph below demonstrates, we are succeeding in meeting
their expectations as 90% said that they would choose Union Cab in the
future and 90% would reccomend Union Cab to friends and associates.
